I am a designer with varied design skillset & experience. My own skills range from product, service & experience design, and I have a solid knowledge in design methods & tools. My passion is in service and customer experience creation, research & data to identify customer needs to produce value for business.
I am also familiar with lean work methods, fast idea iteration & prototyping based on hypothesis, and experimentation with set design, experience & business metrics. I enjoy design work from small details of user interfaces all the way to the big picture in company strategy and vision.
